In the role of service technician, you will work both independently and in a team with practical and varied property technical tasks. You will perform troubleshooting maintenance, operation, and service of, for example, ventilation, plumbing, cooling, and control and regulation. This may involve new installations, renovations, air balancing, as well as the installation of heat pumps and industrial doors. In this role, you will have a lot of contact with the customer throughout the project, where you will also receive fault reports and follow up on proposed actions after inspections.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented while enjoying close collaboration with colleagues. You are a positive person who is used to having a strong commitment to customers and is keen to always deliver good service. You enjoy working physically with technical troubleshooting maintenance and service and are accustomed to working in project form. To be considered for the position, we require a B driver's license and fluent knowledge of Swedish.

• Experience with installations focused on property technology
• Knowledge in ventilation, plumbing, cooling, mechanics, control, and regulation.
• Refrigeration certification and experience as a refrigeration technician
• Relevant education with a technical focus
